Bervini selects animals of the genetic crossbreeding type of Angus bred in compliance with welfare rules in companies subject to strict health and hygiene controls and that can guarantee the supply chain, using partners who guarantee high standards.

Famous throughout the world, Angus meat is particularly prized. It is one of the tenderest of all: this is due to the “marbling” fat, i.e. the distribution of fat between the animal’s muscle fibres. Soft, juicy and savoury, its flesh is smooth, compact and with thin filaments of fat that give off an intense aroma.
Rich in precious nutrients, 100 grams of Angus provide only 124 kcal.

Bervini thinks about the environment. For this reason, it has paid particular attention to the packaging of its products by packing them in eco-friendly packaging: film (80 my) - 20% of the plastic and cardboard collection packaging (50 my) - 80% of the paper collection packaging. A packaging that allows you to reduce by as much as 85% the presence of plastic compared to traditional trays. The packages of Bervini are finally FSC certified.
