Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR), which lays down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that must be fulfilled by BERVINI PRIMO S.R.L..

Data controller:
The Data Controller is the company BERVINI PRIMO S.R.L..

Purpose of treatment and legal basis:
The personal data provided are necessary for the execution of the contract/service and for all related activities, including administrative ones, as well as for the fulfilments required by law. The personal data you provide are treated in accordance with Article 6 letter. b) and 6.1 letter. c) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, for the following purposes:
acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of the contract and/or service provisioning;
execution and management of the contract and/or service provisioning;
performance of all activities related to the contract/service, including administrative activities;
fulfilment of tax and/or accounting obligations;
fulfilment of specific obligations provided for by laws and regulations related to the contract/service.

Methods of treatment and storage:
The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, by specifically appointed subjects and in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Period of data retention
The data collected will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and for a further 10 years from the conclusion of the work/service.

Scope of communication and dissemination
The data will be communicated, as part of the execution of the contract, to those persons to whom the right to access such data is recognized under the provisions of the law and also to those persons to whom the transfer of data is necessary or functional for the conduct of business activities, also in the event of outsourcing on behalf of the Data Controller. In general, personal data will not be transferred or stored in a destination outside the European Economic Area. Some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, if this is necessary for the management of the contractual relationship. In this case, the recipients of the data will be subject to obligations of protection and safety equivalent to those guaranteed by the Data Controller. In any case, only the data necessary for the pursuit of the above purposes will be communicated and the appropriate guarantees applicable to data transfers to third countries will be respected (e.g. standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission).

Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling
The Data Controller shall not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of Regulation (EU) No 679/2016.

Rights of the data subject
At any time, the user may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, the right to: access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The data subject may also exercise his/her rights by written communication sent to BERVINI PRIMO S.R.L. at one of the addresses indicated in our Contacts section.
